So the Sanwo olu lekki toll freebie comes after he has made a U-Turn on his Apapa gridlock promise. He has steered his way to tackling another problem, Lagos Go Slow. He recently announced toll-free pass for the toll on Lekki-Epe Expressway and the Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge. Between 6:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m, and also at the peak period in the evening (4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.).All thhis will be to tested out on Thursday 11th July.
This Sanwo Olu Lekki Toll exercise is to allow traffic consultants from the government carry out studies on the traffic flow between Lekki, Ikoyi and Victoria Island.
