The headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) in Abuja is on fire.
According to the Nation, the fire started around 11am.
The inferno has gutted a substantial part of the building.
The Election and Party Monitoring Department (EPM) is the most affected, which was completely razed.
Festus Okoye, the INEC National Commissioner and Chairman Voters’ Education and Information, said no critical document was lost to the inferno.
